MonkeysCloud Corp. ("we", "us", or "MonkeysCloud") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the MonkeysMail platform, API, dashboard, and website (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (hashed).

Usage data

We collect data about how you use the Service, including API calls, email volume, dashboard activity, and feature usage. This data is used to improve the Service and enforce usage limits.

Email data

We process email content, recipients, subject lines, and metadata that you transmit through the Service. This data is used solely to deliver your emails and provide tracking features.

Technical data

We collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies to maintain security, prevent abuse, and analyze site traffic.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Email logs and event data are retained according to your plan's retention period (7–30 days). Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

7. Cookies

8. International Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union. For EU customers, we offer EU data residency on Scale plans and above. We use standard contractual clauses and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure adequate protection.

9. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

GDPR: We act as a data processor for email data you send through our Service. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

CCPA: California residents have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
